We offer our customers a wide range of PP woven fabrics that are used in multiple industry like in Cement, fertilizers, Sugar, Food Grains, FIBC, Tarpaulins etc. Being a non-toxic, durable and affordable product, it is one of the most in demand product of current times. We use high quality polypropylene material which are known for their tensile strength, dimensional stability and finely woven.
We can offer Circular as well as Flat PP Woven Fabric. We can offer fabric from width 0.50 Mtrs to 2.50Mtrs tubular and therefore 5 Mtrs of Flat Fabric. Also, the GSM can be offered from 50-250 GSM.
We can provide the mesh up to 12×12/sq. Also, we can provide the fabric in varied colours as required by our customer. We can also provide laminated fabric which provide incredible resistance from the moisture.
Product Types
Some bags also require UV protection as per the requirement. Various Woven sacks bags are as follows:
1. PP Woven Sack: These bags are used for industrial packaging of grain, feeds, fertilizer, seeds, powders, sugar, salt, powder and chemical in granulated form. These polypropylene woven bags and Laminated PP Woven Sacks are also manufactured as per the specifications in terms of concerning dimensions and weights as desired by our clients.
2. PP Woven Sack with Liner: These bags are used in fine grade like chemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, sugar etc. This makes assurance for safety any leakage.
3. Sand Bags: These bags can come in multiple colour as desired by our clients like in green, military green, blue, yellow etc. They come with a rope pre-tied on the top of the bag so that our customer found it easy to pack the same. These are generally with higher mesh size and our much stronger than normal PP bags.
4. Valve Bags: Products like Cement are very vulnerable substance when exposed to moisture, therefore these bags have special lining that helps in safety from humid conditions and hence providing longer shelf life.
